The course will examine social media in various contexts: recruiting and hiring, Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) concerns, employee monitoring, employee misconduct, and litigation considerations.
Various hypotheticals will support the course, providing an interactive session where listeners can actively participate in applying concepts to practical scenarios. This course is for employers of all sizes.
